 We offer remote support options to all
our clients, this gives you the ability to have someone at
your place in an emergency, or to do something that may only
take minutes.
 We offer this support by
various methods, the most common one is using Microsoft's
free "Windows Live Messenger system". This system also
allows you to contact me whilst I am online (which is a lot
of the time) for advice and support. But
more importantly with your request, you can invite me to
come into your computer remotely so that I can and show or
fix problems for you. (read more) Another method a
few of my corporate clients have opted for is a type of
technology called a remote VPN (Virtual Private Network),
with a VPN I can come into your systems as required and you
don't even need to be present. This is great for clients who
like me to come in and provide a regular maintenance service
to ensure their virus checkers are up-to-date and they also
have all the latest Windows updates. |
